On top of that, they were chatty and friendly throughout. Upon getting to Cardiff they made sure that everything was where it should be, and even fixed an issue with one of our beds with no trouble at all. We recently used Steve and his team for our final house move, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. After a couple of stressful moves over the past six months — including one with grumpy movers who left us carrying items ourselves, and a disappointing experience with AnyVan, where their inventory-based booking system meant some of our items didn’t even make the first trip — we were keen to find a reliable, straightforward removal company. Steve arranged a video call to talk through the details of our move from Berkshire to Exeter. We received a fair, straightforward quote, and from that point on, everything ran seamlessly. On moving day, the team turned up with two vans and four people — all of them friendly, professional, and full of smiles. We used MV Removals this weekend for our house move and it was the best decision we could have made. They were friendly, incredibly efficient, and made the whole day very stress-free for us. They went above and beyond to help by moving furniture already in the new house into different rooms, and they even fixed a chest of drawers (without being asked) that I had broken previously. Moving house is always a nerve-wracking and unpleasant task, but Dean and Matt from  MVRemovals truly eased my pain! I’ve had to move five times in the past four years, and this has been by far my best experience. They handled my property with care, navigating complex twists and turns in the tiny space! Plus there was no swearing, cussing, or negative remarks. They had all the necessary tools to take apart and reassemble a standard king bed, sofa bed, and loft bed, better than the Ikea assembly service! Communication prior to the move was fab and they had previously removed some old furniture for me. But on the day of the move they were late and then later my tv stand got smashed which not only am I out of pocket for but glass was everywhere,  I'll give them their credit they did clean it up but definitely more attention to detail needed.
